Fear can either keep us safe or hold us back from doing good things. In this interactive, informative session, you will learn how to help children recognise the difference and develop strategies to help them manage their fears.

Emotional Wellbeing: Helping Children Manage Their Emotions 

A three-part workshop via Zoom aiming to assist parents and educators in understanding how anger works and how conflict can be resolved. In this interactive, informative session, strategies will be outlined to help children manage their emotions. The session will include opportunities for discussion and a Q&A session.

This workshop will be presented by Melissa Honor, a relationship educator, specialising in parenting issues, couples’ communication and conflict resolution.
